How does authentication work?

Every listing is manually reviewed before it goes live. For high-risk or high-value items, we request additional proof (e.g., receipts, serials, close-ups). Suspicious items are rejected or sent for further verification. Listings over $1,000 must include proof of purchase.

Are sellers required to prove purchase for high-value items?

Yes. Items priced above $1,000 must include a clear proof of purchase (invoice, boutique receipt, order confirmation).

When will my listing go live?

After submission, our team approves each listing. If we need clarifications, we’ll contact you via in-platform chat. Approved items go live immediately.

What fees does GARDE-ROBE de couture charge?

We charge a platform commission on each successful sale (displayed at checkout and in your vendor dashboard). No monthly fees to list.

Once an order is marked delivered (and any applicable return window passes), funds are released to the seller’s withdrawal method.

What are the shipping options?

Sellers can use integrated labels (where available) or upload tracking from their preferred carrier. Buyers receive tracking updates. We recommend insured shipping.
